Reporting to the Human Resources Department, the position is to be filled immediately at the company's head office in Port-en-Bessin (14520), a pleasant little port town in the Bessin region of Normandy, 10 minutes from Bayeux and 35 minutes from Caen.

Proposed missions

• Telephone answering service
• Welcome and orient people entering the company. (Entry register, badges, etc.)
• Provide a safety reception service for all site visitors (confidentiality / parking / fire / sanitary / PPE).
• Distribute and manage the stock of safety clothing and footwear for visitors and new entrants.
• Keep the visitors' register up to date
• Follow a schedule of visits and outside work, and monitor exchanges with the premises maintenance contractor
• Prepare and organize the logistics of various company events (meetings, trips, seminars, etc.).
• Receive, sort and send mail - Organize the sorting and archiving of various company documents
• Place orders for supplies, consumables and work clothes, and check deliveries.
• Draft communication media (notes, correspondence, reports, minutes, etc.) and prepare monitoring elements (dashboards, indicators, reporting, etc.) at the request of the company's various departments
• Structure and ensure the transmission of information/communications internally (memos, dynamic screens, etc.).


Your profile

Skills and know-how:
• You have a 2-year higher education qualification in executive assistant/managerial assistant, administrative and commercial management, or SME-SMI management, and you already have experience in a company.
• You must be proficient in office automation: Pack Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• You must be proficient in the use of collaborative and communication tools (Internet, messaging, shared planning, web conferencing, etc.).
• You must be proficient in writing standards.
• You must be familiar with filing and archiving methods.
• English is essential.

Personal skills:
• You are able to analyze and summarize, and prioritize your actions.
• You are rigorous.
• You are discreet and organized, but also dynamic and autonomous.
• You have good writing skills and good interpersonal skills.

Proposed missions

• Manage continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, autonomous maintenance, workstation implementation, etc.).
• Participate in the implementation of actions in the field.
• Draw up cost estimates and monitor the execution of small jobs by our subcontractors.
• Write and develop our standards and ensure the updating of sector documents.
• Participate in the verification of the application of our best practices (VRS standards audits).
• Participate in the integration and training at the workstation.
• Carry out actions in the field to formalize skills: update qualifications, multi-skilling grids).

You will be trained in tools and processes, and have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the production area manager and support departments.

• With a technical degree (Bac +2 or Bac +3), you already have experience in an industrial environment (production, quality, methods, maintenance, etc.).

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools appreciated.

PIERCAN, the world leader in gloves for isolator, also offers a secure glove change system using an ejector ring (STIC ring), as well as a wide range of technical parts made of elastomers and flexible plastics (sleeves, hemiscaphanders). With its first-class customer service, innovation, and quality standards, PIERCAN can partner with its customers to find the best solutions to their needs.This position is focused on selling gloves (pharmaceutical, nuclear and industrial) and TECH products. Position is 50% selling to prospects and 50% managing/developing current customers. The Account Manager acts as a liaison between PIERCAN and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Builds lasting relationships with the company seeking marketing opportunities. Builds relationships with third party companies. Part of their daily routine includes calling or emailing clients to ensure they are happy with the marketing techniques and outcomes. Showcases excellent communication and negotiation skills. Acts proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end, contributing to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager.
• Hands on experience with customer service.
• Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and time-management skills.
• Trained in consultative selling approach.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Able to perform with limited supervision.
• Travel more than 50% of the time.

Education:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar technical sales role. Knowledge of Pharma/nuclear/glovebox a plus.
• Experience in B2B selling using CRM, ERP software (i.e Sage).
• Driving license & Fluent in English (French welcome).

Compensation:
