Job description

Reporting to the Director of Industrial Operations France, you will be in charge of optimizing and stabilizing all product manufacturing processes to improve the company's competitiveness.

Missions:
• Ensure the supervision of the methods/industrialization team: organize and direct the work, carry out evaluation interviews, ensure compliance with internal rules and define priorities.
• Identify malfunctions, corrective actions and/or changes to be made in the manufacturing process based on LEAN methods of problem solving.
• Manage and follow up on new projects and/or continuous improvement projects.
• Define the manufacturing process to enable the industrialization of new products in compliance with procedures and objectives.
• Define the manufacturing process to allow the industrialization of new products in accordance with procedures and objectives (writing of ranges and nomenclatures).
• Define the department's budget according to needs and projects.
• Participate in the determination of production objectives (cost, deadlines, quality, quantity).
• Produce operating procedures and instructions.
• Lead or participate in problem-solving work groups (continuous improvement).
• Ensure the definition of manufacturing ranges in collaboration with the management controller
• Qualify new manufacturing equipment
• Ensure the annual requalification of strategic equipment.

• Attached to the Shipping Manager, you will carry out the operations of packaging, wrapping and shipping of goods
• Schedule: 2*8.

YOUR MISSIONS
• Ensure the preparation of products to be shipped in accordance with the requirements.

Job description

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and will work in interface with the plant operators, support services and external partners specialized in industrial maintenance.

• Ensure preventive, curative and improvement maintenance of production equipment by learning from previous breakdowns as well as suggestions for improvement.
• Make installations more reliable and improve them in order to increase production performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean manufacturing).
• Repair or replace defective components and systems
• Participate in the definition of maintenance procedures and operating methods (driving, adjustment, maintenance, etc.)

Beyond these operational missions, you will be particularly involved in the development and improvement of the maintenance department (5S project, CMMS).
