LEAD EQUIVALENCE
The radioprotective capacity / performance of the Rayflex jacket has lead equivalence of 0.22 to 0.36 mm according to EN 61331-1 (2002) and 0.21 to 0.27 mm according to standard EN 61331-1 (2014).

CUT VIEW
The jacket contains two plies of RayFlex material and an antimicrobial fabric.

PRINCIPLE OF CONFECTION
Topstitching ensures greater user safety.

System of attachment which offers a maximum of security during use.

2• Adjustable belt:
It limits the weight on the shoulders.

3• Sewing:
The quality of the thread, the double stitching and the quality control make the product reliable and strong.

4• Elastics:
Attached to the shoulders and sides, they allow a perfect adaptation to each user and their movements.

• Better mitigation capability
For the same attenuation capacity against ionizing radiation (compared to leaded products), we lighten the weight 25 to 50% with RayFlex radiation protection jacket.

• Finishes
The design of the jacket has been optimized for the comfort and safety of users. The cut of the jacket has been designed for a better fit on the user’s body.

• Antimicrobial fabric
The covering fabric of the jacket is made of antimicrobial polyamide, which guarantees efficiency in hygiene.

• Adaptable sizing
To improve everyone’s comfort, PIERCAN offers you today 4 jacket sizes: M, L, XL and XXL.

• Lead-free, non-toxic material
Its treatment and disposal can be carried out as a simple non-toxic waste. There is no risk of lead contamination on finished products or for personnel during use.

• Homogeneity of performance
Thanks to the manufacturing technique ofspraying (with an internal layer produced in dissolution), the product offers the same protection throughout entire surface.

• Good protections and resistances
Offers excellent protection against ionizing radiation at low energies, high mechanical protection and high resistance to ozone and UV.

• Dimensions: 11 measurements of verification
• Seams: double stitching at risk areas
• Closures: 6 checkpoints
• Openings: the notch, the openings of the shoulders and armpits are controlled in 8 points
• Fasteners: fasteners and holders undergo 7 checks
